Copyright and Usage Rights

 

     NE Ohio Drone retains the copyright to all photos and videos created by NE Ohio Drone. The client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos and videos for personal use.  Any other use of photos or videos, including but not limited to commercial use, requires written permission from NE Ohio Drone.  NE Ohio Drone has the right to display the photos and videos on their website, social media, and other marketing materials. The client agrees not to remove any NE Ohio Drone watermarks from any photos or videos.

 

     If anyone wishes to use the photos and videos for commercial purposes, they must obtain a written license from NE Ohio Drone. The terms of the license will be negotiated between NE Ohio Drone and the client in writing before use.
